E-Mail Marketing


MailHarbor provides each account with email marketing capability. Simply create and send email marketing campaigns as well as track the effectiveness of each campaign through reports and analytics. Our email marketing tool is coupled with a contact manager to help you not only communicate with your contacts, but organize them as well.

We also give you the ability to target and segment your contacts with our Enterprise version. This version allows you to use our patent-pending technology to target your email marketing campaigns to those most likely to read and respond to them.

Aside from just sending emails, MailHarbor email marketing gives you dozens of templates from which to choose, the ability to send in both HTML and plain text (for your contacts with Blackberrys or older email clients), and save campaigns for future use.

E-Mail Creation


Creating an email through MailHarbor is as easy as creating a document through your word processor. After just a few minutes, you'll be sending your marketing campaign off to all of your contacts.

Templates
MailHarbor contains dozens of useful templates for your marketing pleasure in layouts and colors. We also give you the ability to load your own HTML template into MailHarbor so that you can maintain the same look and feel as the rest of your marketing materials.

Adding Content
The most important piece of your marketing campaign is the content that you add. No one knows your business better than you, so MailHarbor gives you the power to create your marketing campaigns using your words and messaging. Using our WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor, you'll be able to write and design your marketing campaign just as if you were creating a Word document.

Using Your Contact List


Once you've created your marketing campaign, you'll be ready to select the contacts that will be sent your message.

Contacts in MailHarbor are separated into groups of the users' liking. You have the ability to browse through your groups and select those that should receive a particular marketing campaign.

In MailHarbor's Enterprise version, users are given the opportunity to select from dozens of different filters in MailHarbor. Since MailHarbor records data from every aspect of a campaign, users have the ability to select contacts based on targeted criteria such as geography, previous campaign history, and previous campaign activity.

These features allow users to target and segment their campaigns to receive optimal delivery and optimal response.

3-D Chart and Graph Reports
In order to better understand the effectiveness of your email marketing campaign, you will have access to charts and graphs. These will allow you to visually represent the numbers gathered through tracking.

Summary and Detail Reports
